April 18th was the second day for the BRFLS school field trip. Grade 2 and 3 journeyed to Aifei Castle, a place which they had dreamed of going to for a long time.
Aifei Castle is located in Miyun District. It is classified as a 4A tourist attraction in Beijing and its primary theme is wine culture. You can find many medieval French-style castles there, which gives the area strong echoes of European culture.
Once they arrived there, students were glad to see the beautiful lilacs and begonias blooming along the side of the road. Then they visited the vineyard and wine museum to learn about wine.
At the playground, they laughed with joy as they ran and played to their hearts’ content. They truly enjoyed their wonderful day at the palace, a moment which they will surely treasure for the rest of their lives.
What an amazing trip!
