√Changjie Cai applies integrative modes of teaching that combine traditional Chinese and modern western pedagogies. She prides herself in having a flexible teaching style that adapts to the needs of her students. She describes her teaching mission as “to teach and to engage”, while building harmonious relationships with her students. In 2014, her students performed well enough on the ACT National Youth English Proficiency Competition, Writing Division for her to win a Bronze Mentor Award.
