√Qiwen Sun is an enthusiastic and effective Calculus teacher. Since she came to BRS in 2013, she has participated in numerous professional development courses and workshops including AP and A-Level trainings. She also excelled as a participant in Harvard School of Education’ s online WIDE World Teaching for Understanding course. For the benefit of her classes and those of her colleagues, she has compiled a study guide entitled “English Vocabulary for AP Calculus”. She has also been an extremely successful instructor in the Keystone K-12 program through which students take American high school courses online. In 2015, her students averaged an impressive 91 percent on the end of course examination in Keystone K-12 Calculus.
